By car, you can access the Temis Technology Park and the Exhibition and Congress Centre Micropolis in 10 minutes, or again the Châteaufarine commercial area in 5 minutes.
The Residence offers fully equipped double studios or apartments to cater for your tourist and professional stays alike. In addition, you can enjoy a nice meal or snack at nearby pub-restaurant L'Authentique.
The common areas of the residence are accessible to people with reduced mobility, however, the residence does not have accommodation adapted for PMR with a fitted bathroom.
